Maegan Whitworth, DPT

Specialty: Pelvic Health Specialist

I am originally from Broken Arrow, OK, where I grew up playing multiple sports. My passion for athletics led me to play college softball at UMKC where I also earned my bachelor's degree. I majored in health science with an emphasis on public health and minored in exercise science. Inspired by my lifelong exposure to sports and a desire to help people, I pursued a career in physical therapy.

I earned my Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Kansas Medical Center. Over the years, I have gained experience working in various physical therapy settings, including outpatient orthopedics, acute care, assisted living facilities, and inpatient rehab. Additionally, I hold a Level One Certification in Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy.

Recently, I moved from Nashville, TN to Kansas City to be closer to my family and friends. In my free time, I enjoy working out, going on walks, and reading. I am passionate about staying active and cherish the moments spent with the ones I love.
