Don't see your insurance? No problem, we are probably in network with them. Just give us a call to verify! We will find out what outpatient physical therapy benefits with your health insurance company and email you an estimate of what you will owe for your treatments before your first appointment. However, we strongly encourage you to call your insurance company to verify the terms of your particular plan, as ultimately you are responsible for payment on any services rendered.

Self-Pay Options

Self-pay options are available for those patients with high deductible plans or those without medical coverage:

  • $150 for initial evaluation
  • $100 for subsequent treatments
